Why my windows 11 keeps freezing?

I bought a laptop on Walmart.com a year ago, The specs said it was Windows 11. Well, it started lagging pretty bad, I can do certain things just fine, including Microsoft 365, but Microsoft Designer keeps freezing (repeatedly several times a day, and the only game that I have on it is laggy and freezing up. I run disk cleanup as soon as I get on it, and as I'm shutting it down. I still have plenty of memory, nothing pinned to my task bar, I make images with poetry with the Microsoft Designer, and after I make each picture (which takes 3 or 4 hours because it states frozen most of the time I also optimize my drives, I've got my PC set up to update my drivers and apps once a week. And I was going to wipe the computer clean and restore it back to factory settings in case I had unknowingly changed something by mistake, and it asked me if I want to back up files and  Restore to Windows 7??? What is that about? I hate Microsoft, I've never had a PC so slow like this. I hate Windows period..But Microsoft isn't that great either.  I've done everything that's been said to do on here and nothing works.
