Printing from MacBookPro in Microsoft issue

When I print, I just get ????? with a box around the ????

 

When I print from Google or anything else not Microsoft it works fine - see attached example.

 

I have deleted the print drivers and reinstalled, restarted computer ... same issue.

 

Help someone - please and thank you!!!

Looks like an issue with your Mac or with your printer.

Here we only help with Windows 10 operating system, sorry.

@SMERRITT315 Sorry if I moved it in here in error! You originally posted it in the wrong place, the Tech Community discussion space, which is for questions about the Tech Community website only. I read the operating system portion and thought perhaps you were running Windows 10 on Mac, since this site only covers Microsoft products and Mac OS doesn't fall under that. Sorry if that move was in error. 

 

I would agree upon clarification that this question is outside the scope of this site and that Apple support would be your best bet.
