Some of the .mov videos are screen recording by Quicktime player on my Mac and the rest are movies saved on my Windows 10 PC. Now, the free space on my laptop is very less and I need to compress the mov videos large than 1GB to a small size.

How can compress mov file over 1GB so I can reduce the video size to a much smaller one without losing much quality?

P.S. I also want to shrink a .MOV file to email sometimes.
