This generally means that Connected Services have been disabled. Hello Ketzpatel. In all cases where I did this, I've not experienced any issues, except for a possible license plan conflict if you also have lower licenses available and want to move someone from a lower license to a higher license. As an example, we also had people with an Office 365 E1 license, which includes Exchange Online Plan 1. The E3/E5 license contains Exchange Online Plan 2 and this would generally cause a conflict.Re: MFA registration is asked even if it is set off everywhere
Hello Pekka-Pek. So few things to check, is this a recent tenant with Security Defaults enabled? This may enforce MFA in certain cases. If Security Defaults is not enabled, and no Conditional Access policy exists that forces MFA, the only other option I can think of is the per user MFA setting. Once it is enabled for a user, it will turn to "enforced", and could cause the user to now be prompted continuously. When changing the per-user MFA, there's actually a 'disable' option, have you tried this?Re: Defedner for Server licences for Server 2012 R2
Hello msaeed81. Unfortunately I do not have a definitive answer, Microsoft licensing can be pretty complex. Based on my current understanding, servers are generally licensed under a different license. Hello JUN_NG. Apologies for responding in English, I had to translate your message, so I hope you can do the same. It seems you're having a problem with resetting your password? This is typically something that your administrator does need to do. In some cases, if this has been enabled on your tenant, you can use "Self Service Password Reset" (SSPR) to reset your own password. Have you tried to sign-in and then select the option "Can't access your account?" as shown below?Re: FIDO2 -- only for Linux?
Hello Alex Mondale. This is indeed a shortcoming, and seems to depend on adding integration with Windows Hello API into the FIDO2 support used within OpenSSH. Some work was already done on this by various people, one example is OpenSSH SK WinHello. I seem to recall reading somewhere that this is something that is actively being worked on, but can't find the link right now.Re: not receiving emails on outlook or outlook app
scottA82 It is probably best to reach out to your administrator (if this is a work account) or to Microsoft support (if this is a personal account). The one thing I can imagine, if this is a work account, is that your mailbox is indeed full. There's an underlying structure to your mailbox, with a lot of hidden folders, and I've seen cases where these hidden folders go over the limit (especially in situations where a mailbox is on so called "litigation hold").Re: How to change the name in Files tab to follow the Channel's name
sarahaqilahj This is currently not possible, however, Microsoft is aware of it and is working on a solution to make sure channel name changes synchronize with the SharePoint Online folder name. This is currently on the roadmap. This is also documented under message center post MC306666. I would recommend that someone with sufficient privileges raises this support request directly in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center. If you’re not one of the Microsoft 365 administrators, please reach out to someone in your organization who is. The default should be 1TB with the option to increase to 5TB depending on which subscription you have. I generally use PowerShell to increase a user’s OneDrive storage space, see https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/onedrive/change-user-storage. Perhaps this method works for you. Can’t say why the admin center won’t let you change it unfortunately.
