Global navigation add new link is missing

Thank you Leon but i didnot get below option for auto grding under "setting" in MS Form , Enable Auto-Grading 1. In the "Settings" window, under "Quiz settings," enable the "Automatically grade after each response" option. 2. If applicable, you can choose to display correct answers after the quiz is submitted.
