SharePoint migration with metadata assignment
Hello Community, We have set up some standard document libraries with customized metadata columns (in Term Store) across a site collection. Now we want to migrate our files from a legacy system with a folder tree structure to designated sites and their document libraries with applied metadata. Is there a tool to automate this migration process rather than manually uploading files from a folder to a document library on a site and manually assigning metadata? Thanks so much!Modified Date column only updates at the file level not the folder level
Hi Community, I uploaded a new document a few mins ago to the folder titled "Architect" in this screenshot. I was hoping the "Modified" column would be updated so shared users could see it was updated. But I can only see updated Modified when I click into the folder (at the file level). any idea how I can get the folder to show it was updated without having to click into it? Thanks so much!
