Modified Date column only updates at the file level not the folder level
Hi Community,
I uploaded a new document a few mins ago to the folder titled "Architect" in this screenshot. I was hoping the "Modified" column would be updated so shared users could see it was updated. But I can only see updated Modified when I click into the folder (at the file level).
any idea how I can get the folder to show it was updated without having to click into it? Thanks so much!
Lily2020 That is by design and I don't know of any way to change the folder details whenever a document in it is modified. Even witha flow in Power Automate there is no action to update a folder's properties or modified date.
