Jake_Caddes Thanks; as they work flexible shifts that change over a week. Constantly updating working hours in Outlook is a no-starter 😞 Assuming that means if their shift falls outside of Outlook working hours, then they get recorded as working after hours? My organization is a mixed environment of 80% standard M-F business hours and the balance 20% are call centre staff who manage shifts around the clock. I haven't deployed Viva Suite to that 20% group as I'm not sure how it might impact working stats; is there anything in particular they have to do to define working hours to avoid any issues or does the system just take everything into consideration? For example, the org-level stats of "After-hours collaboration" or anything related to personal off-hours working? I want to avoid skewing any org-level stats so not sure how to proceed.SolvedJoining Teams meeting after signing in as user shows device name
I've set up a new Hub 2S with a device account to allow for booking as a resource; however, when a user signs in under their own account to access scheduled meeting and files, when they join a meeting, they show up as device name and not themselves. Same happens if they make a Teams call to someone in the organization. Is this expected behaviour?572Views0likes1Comment
