Re: My Staff Portal Displaying Individual Users Only
Looks like I answered my own question. Rather than using the dynamic groups, I changed the properties of the admin unit (which is currently in preview) and changed the Membership Type to "Dynamic User". This is where I set the dynamic expressions to add users which match the Office (physicalDeliveryOfficeName) attribute - works like a charm2KViews0likes0CommentsMy Staff Portal Displaying Individual Users Only
Hi team, I manage multiple offices in a single tenant. The managers of each office can reset their teams account passwords, as needed. I created dynamic groups which adds accounts that match their respective Office attributes (and if the account is enabled), which is working great. If I add these groups to the admin units for those respective offices - and remove the individually added user accounts - My Staff portal is showing up as empty in my test environment: Reverting to manually adding users seems to work fine. What am I missing?Solved2KViews0likes1CommentRe: Whitelist Email Addresses/Domains for Certain Groups
Thanks for the reply. I was hoping to avoid using transport rules, and we definitely don't want to whitelist on endpoint devices. I guess I was hoping there would be a baked-in solution for this in the Security/M365 Defender portal by now95KViews0likes0CommentsWhitelist Email Addresses/Domains for Certain Groups
What's the most effective way to manage email whitelists for certain groups of users (only)? Rather than whitelisting an email address or a domain for an entire tenant, how can we whitelist it for selected users and nobody else?100KViews0likes4CommentsAccount Bindings/Dependencies
Hi team, I've scoured various forums for an answer to this, but they seem to either address something slightly different to what I'm looking for, or, the recommended solution doesn't really work for me. I'm looking to export a list of SharePoint sites that one specific account (which is currently disabled) is either a member or an admin of. Without drilling through each individual site - of which we have over 300 - and manually reviewing the membership, what's the best way to do this? I've tried audit reports, I've tried searching the contentclass:STS_Site search, and I've tried various PowerShell strings which don't quite show me what I'm looking for. Any assistance would be hugely appreciated, thank youSolved930Views0likes2Comments
