Hey Nina, you are correct that dashboards do not currently offer bar-chart views, but stay tuned over the next few months as product is working on some new features where this is related. For now, you can check out this video to make sure you're leveraging all of its current capabilities. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=je9WIqhrHx4447Views0likes1CommentRe: User unable to acquire a Viva Goals trial license
Hi Evan_Hindman, It seems like you are hitting a rather unusual error. Would you please head over to admin.microsoft.com and fill out a support ticket? We need more details (e.g., the URL of the error page, and the process you tried to sign up for a trial).482Views0likes1CommentRe: Aspirational and Committed settings in Viva Goals
Hi Evan_Hindman, thanks for this question. I reached out to our product team to see what was going on. The options were temporarily disabled to fix a bug we encountered. They should be back up and running this Wednesday (Feb. 7th). Apologies for the inconvenience!1KViews0likes6CommentsJoin us for a Customer Event on Executing a Scaled Adoption!

I've been thinking about starting energy--how it's hard to pick up (and keep!) a new project or habit. Multiply that by 100 people and finding the starting energy to change how we work seems almost impossible. I'm curious to learn from others' experiences. What's been the most difficult part of getting started with OKRs/Viva Goals (leadership buy-in, cultural change, learning a new tool, etc.)? Have you found strategies that work? Or wishlists that could make it easier?1.2KViews6likes3CommentsROBs: Why they can Make or Break a Team
Earlier this quarter, I worked with key leaders to draft up a rhythm of business that we would commit to for the quarter and then actively communicated it out to the team. While this may seem like a rather banal matter of business, it has had significant impact on our team culture, our ability to execute our goals, and overall team morale. As we planned the upcoming quarter, we vacillated over what to do about August (notoriously difficult to schedule because of so many over-lapping vacations). How could we make an effective plan without losing momentum on key projects? Interestingly, recent employee surveys had shown that people wanted more time freed up for them to prioritize upskilling and learning; this was one of our team culture initiatives for the quarter. Ultimately, we decided to cancel all standing meetings the last two weeks of August, draw up a optional learning curriculum for employees, and give them time to prioritize learning. Employees also had the extra time to catch up on outlying work and restore themselves before jumping in to a busy September. By planning ahead and communicating this out to the team, we were able to maintain momentum on our goals while prioritizing team well-being.334Views1like0CommentsJoin the Viva Goals Newsletter! Thanks for the great session WendyPatFong! I really appreciated how you explained different ways to approach alignment. Are there advantages to staying with loose alignment? Is the trade-off increased flexibility but possibly less clarity across the organization? Curious about your thoughts here.2KViews2likes1CommentRe: What's the most difficult part of starting an OKR journey?
Thanks for this Jeff. I totally agree about leadership creating space for people to have bandwidth to navigate change. Change management seems to be an ongoing theme/sticky point I see people/companies struggle to navigate. Have you found any program, book, lecture series, training, etc. particularly insightful on this?1.1KViews1like1Comment
