Trouble with MS booking showing a day off or being busy but still allowing to book.
We have been using the same MS Booking calendar for three years now. This year, there is a lot of double booking and we can't find any settings that is not ok : services are set to be available depending on staff availability events in staff outlook calendar is checked to affect availability time zone is the same in the booking calendar as in everyone's outlook calendar BUT: twos services from two different booking calendar can book the same staff at the same time a day off set in MS booking calendar affect availability only up to 7h pm so people can still book a meeting with a staff at 7h pm or later, despite showing the day off in the booking calendar and showing colored (busy) the whole day (in my case green) a meeting in outlook (outside of booking, say set manually or directly by a collegue) does not affect availability in Booking123Views1like1CommentRe: Add Time Off not working?
We are using MS Booking for three years now and this year there a lot more bugs then before and we haven't change the services that much (only staff availability has change). I tried to put a day off in different ways and none work, here they are : I usually do this : I book a meeting in my MS TEAMS calendar and it blocked all appointment in booking and yet this year, it does nothing. I tried to do the same in outlook calendar : nothing again So I went into the calendar booking, set up a day off (the whole day) and assign myself to it. and my appointment spot are unavailable up to 7h00 pm only, and people can still book with me after that time... ??? So I check my schedule, my time zone in booking, in teams, and i check the calendar time zone in booking et everything is set to the sime time zone... So that's is also how I realise why I am always doubled booked, even if my calendar is set to affect availability, what I put in MS teams or outlook never actually affect MS Booking (but it did last year...)!?!?46Views0likes0CommentsCustom fields and multiple choices
Hi, I know you can add custom fields in Booking. You can add text questions or options questions. But for the options questions, I can't set it so the user take multiple choices in one question. Is that coming in the next version of it or soon? For now, I am splitting the question in mutliple yes/no questions...
