We are an MSP and have been an MS Partner for 30 years. Our clients are mostly SMEs and we are pushing them towards Business Premium. Many of our clients are eliminating on premise infrastructure by moving to SharePoint Online/OneDrive.   We really like Universal Print and want to include it for these customers - but the pricing model is a major stumbling block.   Firstly, only including 5 jobs per user for Business Premium but 100 per user for Enterprise customers is far too large a difference. In fact, many Enterprise customers will be shifting towards a paperless environment, where as SMEs are much more likely to live off paper.   We could live with this if the Additional Print Volume addons were more reasonable, but $25 for 500 jobs seems like a lot, especially when they don't rollover.   Additionally, the documentation is not clear as to what happens if the available print volume is exceeded.   Either increase the number of print jobs per user to something more reasonable, or give us a per user add-on with no consumption costs - I can't imagine that it costs a huge amount to process these print jobs. ... Can you please add the integration of pull print system. (reach providers to join the universal print). We have large building with many printers. As users becomes more and more mobile and don't use a dedicated desktop or roam between sites. This will be greatly appreciated, especially in large enterprises. Hello,   please add support for PDF document types to the "Upload Data" Graph API. Currently, only OXPS documents are supported. But for real world document the OXPS format is not used. This is an very important feature for automating printing process from Dynamics CRM and Business Central. Not sure if it is it already in the works, but it would be great for the Universal Print connector to be capable of auto-updating - we have already had an issue that a back-end change required a connector update that we were not aware of. I have not seen a way to use and use vendor specific paper sizes. In the situation where you create a virtual printer from scratch, you can find that your printer settings you supplied are not correct. In this case, when printing from Windows, the print job will error, and in the Print Queue you'll see an 'Error - Printing' message.   Inspecting the event viewer logs doesn't yield any actionable errors.   If the error is due to something which can be fixed by the developer, for example, a missing or miss-configured printer setting or capability in the virtual printer, it would be useful to log this somewhere. Even if it's a verbose logging setting that needs to be turned on manually.   Alternatively, documenting the required settings for different virtual printer scenarios could be useful too.    For example, 'A virtual printer accepting PDF requires these settings...'.   Thanks! ... We use different weight of paper in our trays, it would be nice to be able to select a default weight and maybe make it possible to change it in the universal driver. The prints won't come out now displaying an error message that the paper is the wrong type.
