We looking for a contact list of MCT in Canada as contract instructors for our organization.

At this time, we're not allowed to provide this contact information due to privacy requirements. The MCT CMR tool stopped working last year, so we can't send targeted emails to specific regions. However, I can connect you to our Regional Lead for Canada, let me just confirm that this is okay. (I will privately message you their info, once they agree to it being shared)
You can also post a request for Canada-based MCTs to the MCT Jobs forum - MCT Jobs (microsoft.com). The MCTs will then be able to reach out and voluntarily provide their PII to you.
