Are You Having Achievement Code Issues?
July 22 - Fix should start rolling out tonight. Please check the course page for the achievement code button (Hit crtl + r to refresh). Please let me know if you still do not see the button after July 23. Thank you. July 18 - Good news today. Engineering has determined the issue, and a fix is coming in the early days of next week. I'll keep you updated when we get the fix implemented. Thank you for your patience. July 15 - our engineering team is not seeing a widespread outage on their side, but they are continuing to investigate. If you are still experiencing an outage please send me a private message (please do not post any PII directly in this thread) with the following: Your partner organization name (+ MPN ID if you know it) Email address you're using to log into your Admin account on Learn Which courses you were previously able to generate codes but no longer can (examples, doesn't have to be all of them) Approximately how long you have not been able to generate the codes I plan to update this thread every 2 days while we investigate the issue. Metrics in Training Service Partner dashboard still shows not started
our TSP was on-boarded some months before, and it has now been more than some months since we started delivering training courses. We received the welcome email, completed all required formalities, and have delivered some trainings, and learners redeemed the achievement codes, and completed the surveys in MTM. All of these sessions appear correctly in, MTM surveys, and related dashboards. However, in Partner Center it still shows “Not Started.” Could you guys please review this and help us understand why the status has not updated? Thank you,
Questions on Partner Onboarding, PL-300 Training Workflow, Vouchers, and Certification Status
Hello, We are a new Microsoft Partner and we are about to deliver our very first training courses preparing for the PL-300 certification. To ensure our training session data is properly tracked and recorded by Microsoft, could you confirm if our planned workflow is complete? Here is our current process: Our MCT (Microsoft Certified Trainer) delivers the training to the learners, using the official Microsoft course material. At the end of the course, we send the course completion validation link to all learners (to help compute performance KPIs). We send the satisfaction survey via Metrics That Matter (MTM) (the link is sent to both the learners and the MCT). We issue exam vouchers to the learners. Specific Questions: Microsoft states that we must use the official Microsoft Learn content, which is freely accessible. Are we allowed to supplement this official material with our own custom training content and exercises for our learners? How does the voucher assignment process work on Pearson VUE? What specific information do we need to provide so that learners receive and can redeem them properly? We would like to offer our learners the option to finance this training through France's CPF (Compte Personnel de Formation). However, the certification file on France Compétences appears as inactive (RS5445). Is a renewal or re-registration planned for the French market? Can we publicly communicate our Microsoft Partnership (as a Training Services Partner) even if we have not yet reached the required KPIs listed in our Partner Center dashboard? TSP Onboarding and Partner Center Access Questions- GSI Microsoft Partner
Hi There, Quick question regarding our Microsoft TSP onboarding. We submitted our onboarding request on June 5, 2026, but did not receive any updates until today (July 2, 2026), when my Microsoft GSI Skilling Lead helped connect me with your internal team. At that point, someone confirmed that our organization has now been onboarded as a TSP. My question is: Should we expect to see any changes in Partner Center once the onboarding is completed? For example: Should a TSP section or tab become available? Should we now see an option to purchase the TSP Action Pack or is that optional? Are there any Partner Center permissions or configurations that still need to be completed on our side? Additionally, I have a team in South Africa asking me to grant them access to Partner Center so they can manage TSP-related activities and track metrics. Before I proceed, I'd like to understand whether that access is actually required and whether I'm heading in the right direction. Could someone please provide some guidance on the expected next steps and what we should be seeing in Partner Center following the onboarding? Thank you in advance for your help.
The new MD-102 and the missing labs
Hi. This complete rewrite of MD-102 has been long underway and very much wanted. The new courseware arrived on time, but much to our disappointment, we discovered that labs will first arrive in the next 30-60 days. Clients will not be happy with a 5 days course without labs. If this is the new norm, then it will render the Courseware Title Plan useless, if we only get part of the course on the dates mentioned.

Hello Members, Is there a way to retrieve the Microsoft Learn administrator Outlook account (find the email address) that was used for registering for Learner Achievement Code? Is it possible to check using the MPN Location ID or other details? Thank You
