Checking If It’s Okay to Post a Training Partnership Idea in MCT Spaces
Dear Community Leaders, I hope this message finds you well! I’m reaching out to ask if it would be appropriate to share a post in the MCT Community or MCT Longue regarding an initiative I’m developing under the Microsoft XIAD program. The concept is to invite fellow MCTs—particularly those not currently affiliated with a TSP—to collaborate on future training events. While paid opportunities may not be available at the outset, we’re committed to offering visibility and recognition. One way we plan to do this is by featuring trainer profiles and their specialties on our website, helping build credibility and exposure for participating MCTs. As part of this initiative, I’m planning to organize a one-day event each quarter, and I’m looking to collaborate with five certified MCTs who hold any of the following certifications: PL300, DP100, DP203, DP600, DP700, PL200, PL400, PL600 The goal is to foster meaningful partnerships and create a space where trainers can align with our mission and potentially engage in future work. I’d love to start this conversation in a transparent and inclusive way, and I believe the MCT Café could be a great place to gauge interest and gather feedback. Hello new TSPs. We are currently updating the onboarding process to provide better communications around process and timing. While we work to update, please send me a private message if you have completed the onboarding form and you are currently waiting on a response. I anticipate this workaround to last for a few weeks and for us to have a new process in place in January. Once the update is complete and the normal process resumes, I will delete this thread. Hello all, I recently completed VILT for the AZ-305 track and unfortunately I redeemed the achievement code under a different MS profile than the one I intended to use. I opened a case with support who was unwilling to help and directed me here. Does anyone know of a way to move the unlocked achievements and badges from one MS profile to another?SOLVED (partial): Issue with Achievement Code Creation
September 11 Update #2 : we have confirmed the reappearance of the achievement code button in handful of partner accounts. We are optimistic that this has been applied to all partner accounts but still want to gather data before we claim a total fix. Please check to see if your account has regained access to the achievement code button If you still do not see it, please try these steps Close all browser windows Open a new browser and go to https://learn.microsoft.com Sign in using your Outlook.com Class Administrator account Navigate to a course or learning path detail page Perform a hard refresh (Ctrl + F5) If it still does not work, please add a reply to this thread so that we can continue to evaluate any access gaps. September 11 Update: it is apparent that this achievement code outage is now impacting most, if not all, Training Services Partners. The engineering team is working to identify where and how the issue grew so that we can properly plan a fix. Based on my knowledge of the situation this is a fix that will come in days, not hours. I will continue to update this thread each business day until we get all achievement codes back online. September 5 Update: Engineering is progressing on a fix. The soonest we would see proper functionality is end of next week (around the 12th). I will provide an additional update then. August 27 Update: Engineering is working on this and the right people are involved. Not to get too into the weeds, but it's a database migration issue across two distinct teams. They understand the urgency, and I'll bring you more updates as soon as I receive them. August 14 Update: The issue has been identified. I do not yet have a time to resolution to share but will update here when I know more. August 8 Update: We are aware there is an issue with newly onboarded partners attempting to access achievement codes for the first time. We are working on the issue but do not currently have timing on a solution. I will update here when more information becomes available. Thanks.

Me comunico con carácter de urgencia debido a un problema con la confirmación de mi examen de certificación DP-700 (Microsoft Fabric). El día 11 de septiembre de 2025 realicé el pago del examen desde el portal de Microsoft, y el cargo fue procesado exitosamente en mi tarjeta, esto a nombre de Pearson VUE, bajo el concepto WL VUE Testing Ex. Adjunto la captura de pantalla de la operación bancaria correspondiente. Sin embargo, hasta la fecha: No he recibido ningún correo de confirmación de mi cita. Al ingresar mis datos en el formulario que debería redirigirme al portal de Pearson VUE, se muestra un mensaje de “Error inesperado” (adjunto captura de pantalla). Ya me comuniqué con soporte de Pearson VUE, quienes me indicaron que debía elevar la consulta a Microsoft. Posteriormente, desde soporte de Microsoft me derivaron nuevamente a este medio para dejar mi consulta, indicando que la respuesta llegaría en un plazo de 24 a 48 horas. Mi gran preocupación es que la cita del examen está programada para el día 13 de septiembre de 2025 (mañana). Si no recibo confirmación a tiempo y no acudo al centro evaluador, Pearson VUE podría considerar mi ausencia como inasistencia y perdería el dinero ya pagado, sin haber tenido la oportunidad de rendir el examen. Solicito por favor: Confirmación urgente para regularizar mi situación o reprogramar el examen sin perder el monto abonado. Agradezco mucho su apoyo y comprensión, considerando la cercanía de la fecha. Hello, we are trying to deliver MS4010. Our trainers told us that in the tenant of the lab there is no Copilot 365 License available. Is this correct? Can anyone tell us how to deliver Extend M365 Copilot without a copilot license? We tried to get courseware support via the MCT Lounge. But there is no forum anymore to ask these questions. We have already enrolled the Training service partner. Now we are looking in to 3 parameters ie: Courseware completions. Exam unit purchases. Average response score. So associating an MCT learn profile in partner center will give the scores in above three parameters. Basically we need to achieve the above 3, we need to know what are the pre-requisites and steps to achieve the achievement code. Please let us know do we need to link the MCT account (created with personal account ie: Gmail) in partner center.Access Restricted Error On Partner Center Dashboard
Hi all, As mentioned in the last community call, we're seeing some users get an "Access Restricted" error when they try to access the Training Services Partner dashboard on Partner Center. This is not impacting your KPIs, just your view to those KPIs. Thanks to everyone who messaged me with their details after the call. I've compiled the errors and sent to the engineering team for further investigation. I will update you here when there is news to share.
