That means you have some items with unique permissions.

This one of my permission level granted in this list as shown as below images. Actually I duplicated it from default Edit permission and remove few selection such as manage lists, delete version, create alerts, edit personal user information & 3 items under personal permissions. All these items seem like not causing the issue.
I just wondering if it still showing correct listing result after clicking refresh button in that error screen.
