Sharepoint sharing files
Hello friends,
My Sharepoint sharing setup allows sharing files only for guest users registered in my Azure AD. I need a specific site on my sharepoint to have a different rule, is it possible to do that? I need this site to have "anyone" share level. Can I do this? Thanks.
- Hello Alex,
This is possible but to enable this feature you will have to enable that level of permission on the tenant level before adjusting it on the site level.
So basically to enable anyone permission level, the tenant will need to have default permission at anyone, if this is not set, the site can not inherit the anyone permission.
I hope this information is clear enough.
kindly check this Microsoft doc for more information on sharing policies on SPO
