Sharepoint page - displaying a list in full width

Hi,

I've created a page and want to display a list the full width of the screen.  There doesn't seem to be an option, when adding a full width section, for a list.  Is there any way around this?

I don't want a user to have to scroll horizontally to view the entire list.
