SharePoint Online + Sync library to multiple users

Hey

Is there a way, to automatically sync a library to multiple users, without needing the users to actually click the "Sync" button in the library itself? 

I am thinking a GPO could do this using the OneDrive sync client, but not sure if it is actually possible?
