SharePoint list - access control

Hi,

Good day to all!

I am currently automating the processes with the help of Power Automate and SharePoint list. One of the processes I am currently working on requires the following persons to have edit access to the SharePoint list:

1. Item x - Regional user A, Local/ Country x user B

2. Item y - Regional user A, Local/ Country y user C

3. Item z - Regional user A, Local/ Country z user D

Can we restrict the access to local/ Country user by items (as I do not want them to see the details out of their country)? Regional user is fine as they are allowed as per the policy.
