Problems when syncing folders from SharePoint to computer

We're having some problems with the syncing of folders from sharepoint to the computer, as in to have them in the file browser, it shows the following error:

 

Unable to synchronise the shortcut

We can't synchronise your shortcut with "SHEP = because it enters into conficlt with the file

  • Audio Technica Iberia - SHIP". To adjust the shortcut, you must stop synchronising Audio-

Technica Iberia - SHIP"

 

Why does it say shortcut? It is supposed to be a folder created inside the root folder of our organisation.

 

And why is it in conflict with another folder that's not even in the same place?

 

Any idea why this happens? Would be much appreciated

We're having some problems with the syncing of folders from sharepoint to the computer, as in to have them in the file browser, it shows the following error:

We can't synchronise your shortcut with \"SHEP = because it enters into conficlt with the file

Why does it say shortcut? It is supposed to be a folder created inside the root folder of our organisation.

 

And why is it in conflict with another folder that's not even in the same place?
