Pending Requests and announcement

Hi, we have a supportsite and now when i send an announcement (updated document..) i want to send this also to the people that are still in "Pending Requests".

Is there a way to do this? I could only find sending email to group or individual"

Tried also to do this from a created list, but can not add email adresses from a list.

All help , much appreciated.
