Nested Term store metadata not retained when files are copied or moved

We recently decided to switch from classic sites to modern teams sited created through MS Teams which are then associated to a hub site.

We really enjoy using metadata but we are recently having severe issues where entire metadata is lost when files are moved.

Prior to this error we made the same columns at the destination document library and have no issues but for some reason that doesn't work for two of the columns we are trying to move.
