Hub navigation layout on SharePoint mobile app

I am looking for flexibilities and customizable features on the SharePoint mobile app hub navigation.

The picture on the left is the default. The hub navigation dropdown is collapsed.

The picture on the right is what I want to do. The hub navigation is expanded as default. Is there a way to do that?

Default is the collapsed hub navigation dropdown .What I want is the expanded hub navigation.
