Scenario:
I am a Sharepoint admin and I can externally share this site called "Vendors" to external users.
We have it set up like this but once the user accepts, I can't move them around in the site's permissions. i.e I want to add them to a Permissions Group called "Outside Guest" It will toss me an error and say "Sharing to external users is not supported."
but whoever is apart of the Information Technology Security group can move outside users around inside of Permissions. Has anyone dealt with this?
