can't enroll to Microsoft Partner program

I tried to join the partner program but am in a constant loop where I can’t go next after selecting my Partner options. can anyone help please.

    Ahmad_Ali1070 what is the issue you are having? I don't know much about this, but can you tell me in more detail where you are getting stuck and share screenshots so I can try and get you some information or resources to follow?

      before I explain the above issue I would like to briefly explain how and why I have come to this.

      this story goes back to 14/02/2022 and below is my last email chain with Microsoft Support

      Hi Team,

      When I try to log on to the MS partner portal that’s what I get which means simply I’m not even an MS Partner yet so how come I got the MPN ID? I’m Simply Confused Please help.

      after that I have not heard back from Microsoft but meanwhile I have change my Registered Company address because Microsoft didn't like my previous company address and with I wanted to either update my company Address or enrol again to become Microsoft Partner with I have logged a new support ticket with Microsoft for that ticket summary is below 

       

      Definitely I love to appeal, which Vetting process are you actually talking about? Can you please guide me?

       

      And why are you ignoring my attached or previous emails ?

      If this is not correct please guide me to get my MPN ID and if I don’t have and Partner account which you can check then please help me become a Microsoft partner!

       

      If you can’t help me with any of these requests then please direct me to someone superior to you or a Team who can help me to resolve my issue.

      Now I’m confused about whether I have a Partner account still with Microsoft or if I need to enrol for this program again below is the reason why I came to this conclusion as in the below screen-shot under my dashboard it stated that couldn’t find my login as a Microsoft partner.

      so with that the case is closed and I'm struggling since then to whom should I contact to simply understand weather am I Enrolled partner or I need to enrol to become a partner again
