can't enroll to Microsoft Partner program

Hi Samyutha,
As I have said in a few of my previous emails the MPN ID I know I have already provided several times. I’m providing the again here below
MPN ID: Microsoft Partner Network account MPN ID 6390030
If this is not correct please guide me to get my MPN ID and if I don’t have and Partner account which you can check then please help me become a Microsoft partner!
If you can’t help me with any of these requests then please direct me to someone superior to you or a Team who can help me to resolve my issue.

Hi Samyukhta.
I did provide my MPN ID which I know is/was associated with this account for reference please read the attached email from Microsoft.
MPN ID: Microsoft Partner Network account MPN ID 6390030
Now I’m confused about whether I have a Partner account still with Microsoft or if I need to enrol for this program again below is the reason why I came to this conclusion as in the below screen-shot under my dashboard it stated that couldn’t find my login as a Microsoft partner.
Assume I’m not a partner yet so tried to rejoin or join the partner program but am in a constant loop where I can’t go next after selecting my Petner options can be seen below
