The first PC's outlook was set as sorting by date. When I change the sorting to by categories in the second PC's outlook, the first PC's outlook follows the second PC's outlook sorting setting. Both PC have the same email account.
Are we able use different sorting between different PC for the same email account?

SolutionView settings are stored within the mailbox, so they will persist across devices.

Yes, sorting is part of the view settings, you shouldn't have any trouble changing it.

Do you mean we can change two different sorting setting on different PC for same email account? how can i do it? @Vasil Michev

No, as I said in the initial post, views are synchronized between clients.
