Outlook - Emails not syncing properly

Hi All,

 

I use 3 different computers on a daily basis and have the same email address configured in outlook (installed software).

However, on a daily basis, I would mark an email as read on one computer, but it would remain as unread on another. Or I would add a category on an email, but on a different computer is doesn't reflect this change. This issue happens randomly and on all computers.

 

Does anybody have any idea why this is happening?
