Accessing a PST file after changing ISPs
I've been using Outlook as a desktop client (via POP3 from my old ISP) for years. I recently changed ISPs and before they stopped my email service, I backed my mailbox to a PST file. Once my ISP turned off my email (and made my prior email ID/PW deactivated), I can no longer open the PST file because it tries to first authenticate to my old ISP and can't reconcile the credentials (since they are no longer valid). My question...how do I get access to years worth of emails and key data now locked in a PST that I can't open? I've seen PST readers online but I'm leery of downloading apps to my PC that could do malware.
Same name with different domains
Hi, Sometimes there are similars personnels names from different suppliers, and alot of us might send an email and cc'd email address removed for privacy reasons instead of email address removed for privacy reasons by mistake. Is there any feature to make the outlook alert the sender incase the address bar has an email with different domain? If there is, please to share domain link.. All, Let's say we have distribution list with few members in office 365. Quarantined notifications sent to distribution list based on a custom quarantine notification policy. When members get this notification and click on view or release a message, it opens up quarantined portal with nothing in there. My question is how a DL member would view or release that message?
Oultook on Android not allowing sign in
I updated Outlook on my Samsung S22 to V451. Once it isntalled all my exchange accounts were logged off and I cannot get back in. I Have rebooted, re-installed to no avail I get the sign in screen, password and text with MFA code and thenit brings me back to the Microsft Log in screen. I have been forced to install another client unitl this gets resolved. 2 different clients have no problem signing in.
Filter Mailing List
In outlook each contact has been given a category/s. I want to prepare a mailing list using a Category filter to select only those contacts that share that category. The mailing filter lists all the field names but does not include Category. I can filter the View to see just the selected Category contacts but then cannot access this View to use as my data source. There must be a way to select just the contacts with the right Category to use in my mailing list. How do I go about it?Outlook shared Mailbox not showing all Mails in Inbox
Hello Community, i have a problem with a couple of Users using the same shared Mailbox. In outlook 2016 Pro Plus and also in Outlook MS365 App, they are not able to see all Mails in Inbox. If i search explicit for a pecific Mail, i can find it - and this one is marked in "Inbox". In OWA no Problem. All is shown. Any Ideas?
