Hotmail Account not receiving specific emails
I've started to notice I'm not receiving certain emails to my hotmail account.
I have looked in other, junk, conversation history etc, checked blocked senders and checked rules I currently have set up.
At first I thought I had placed my email in correct however I'm noticed I'm not receiving certain things eg from bookings.com and other businesses.
Please give me a solution

Hotmail is hard to manage as you can't control the admin side of the mail server. If you're doing business with hotmail, consider moving to a business Exchange account/365. I was going to say that some emails might be in quarantine.
How do I get quarantined emails? I am not receiving any emails from yahoo.com and I need it to recover my blocked yahoo email account and I’ve gone over all other steps suggested by support (checking spam, junk, pop, imap, blocked, etc.)
