Email Delivery Delay

Email shows delivered at 1:59PM, however, it did not arrive in Inbox until 2:20PM. Any ideas on how to troubleshoot this? email1.pngemail2.pngScreenshots attached.

Issue with outlook application or with both owa and outlook?
Is outlook in cached mode or online?
Issue with only one user of many?
Is exchange on premises involved?
Check if there is any service interruption going on with exchange online. You will get this information inside service health in admin center.
