Short term use of OneDrive on a Windows computer

Copper Contributor

Hi,

I need to access files I have on OneDrive on a Windows PC for one day only in order to show a video ay a community event.

I want to remove the OneDrive files immediately after the event.

I tried to run this through today.

I logged into OneDrive which wasn't in use by any other user, on the computer in question, and could see the relevant files. However I couldn't see how to log out or remove my files.

Please advise.

Ian

Simplest way is to log in to OneDrive in a browser and download the files. Delete them when you're done. I personally would be concerned about the risk of not being able to access OneDrive at the event, and simply bring them on a USB stick.

@Mike Williams Much appreciated Mike. Sounds like a good backup plan.

Many thanks,

Ian

Thanks for sharing the issue!

Clicking the OneDrive icon on the taskbar, then click the settings icon and there should be a option to sign out!

Or as suggested by Mike to use a USB!

Or use the OneDrive website to show files?

Or share the OneDrive folder?
