Sharepoint library and files/folder deletion

Hello dear community

I am stumbling upon a use case which I don't find any satisfactory answer.

I have a share point library shared by 50 user and synced with their respective onedrive.

if user 1 is rightfully deleting a document , it seems that users which were offline/disconnected are uploading again the document in SharePoint Library when they are coming online...

How can we prevent that ?

Any ideas

Thanks in advance

Test 3.3 One user (A) is offline the other one is deleting one file. When The user is coming back online then the file stays deleted and is deleted on the local PC which was previously offline

Test 4: User A has Use Office 2016 to sync office files checked + always keep/B  unchecked Use Office 2016…

Test 4.1 Both users are online: File is deleted on both computers

Test  4.2 One user (B) is offline the other one is deleting one file. When The user is coming back online then the file stays deleted and is deleted on the local PC which was previously offline

Test  5.2 One user (B) is offline the other one is deleting one file. When The user is coming back online then the file stays deleted and is deleted on the local PC which was previously offline

Test 5.3 One user (A) is offline the other one is deleting one file. When The user is coming back online then the file stays deleted and is deleted on the local PC which was previously offline

Test 6: Both users have  unchecked Use Office 2016…

Test 6.1 Both users are online: File is deleted on both computers

Test  6.2 One user (B) is offline the other one is deleting one file. When The user is coming back online then the file stays deleted and is deleted on the local PC which was previously offline

Test 6.3 One user (A) is offline the other one is deleting one file. When The user is coming back online then the file stays deleted and is deleted on the local PC which was previously offline

So our conclusion is that if users are using windows 10, deletion process is working as expected whatever the configuration of OneDrive.
