Sharepoint library and files/folder deletion

FYI, Tests made
Both Users are running Windows 10 and SharePoint sites is using versioning
Test 1: Both users have Use Office 2016 to sync office files checked+ Let me choose…(versioning is activated on the Site)
Test 1.1 Both users are online: File is deleted on both computers
Test 1.2 One user is offline the other one is deleting one file. When The user is coming back online then the file stays deleted and is deleted on the local PC which was previously offline
Test 2: Both users have Use Office 2016 to sync office files checked+ A has let me choose/B has always keep both copies (versioning is activated on the Site)
Test 2.1 Both users are online: File is deleted on both computers
Test 2.2 One user (B) is offline the other one is deleting one file. When The user is coming back online then the file stays deleted and is deleted on the local PC which was previously offline
Test 2.3 One user (A) is offline the other one is deleting one file. When The user is coming back online then the file stays deleted and is deleted on the local PC which was previously offline

Test 6.3 One user (A) is offline the other one is deleting one file. When The user is coming back online then the file stays deleted and is deleted on the local PC which was previously offline
So our conclusion is that if users are using windows 10, deletion process is working as expected whatever the configuration of OneDrive.
