Onedrive Error - Disk Check Failure

Hi all,

OneDrive for business I believe is what is forcing a diskcheck and subsequent failure on reboot. The reason is that I made the mistake of storing a react js app there within my personal OneDrive. I deleted the files on OneDrive online, but there are still things locally that cannot be deleted even with file removal software (see error screenshots below)

Is there anything anyone else could suggest that has worked?
