Couldn't start Files on Demand

When our users login they get the error message:
Couldn't start Files on Demand

Please restart your computer and try again. Error codes; 0xffffffea

 

Steps taken:

Reset OneDrive via CMD per user - works about 70% of the time until the user logs out and back in

Uninstall and reinstall OneDrive per machine

Restart servers

Check firewalls

Check antivirus

 

Environment:

Citrix Cloud, FSLogix, Windows 2019 Enterprise in Azure, VDA

 

Any ideas?
