I am the administrator of a office 365 portal. We use office 365 primarily for exchange online services. I have multiple added domains in office 365, but we use only one of them. All users use the same domain. The problem is, there are several organization in the same office 365 portal.
Now the customers want to have their own admin center. Is there any possibilty to divide the sinlge users to the different organizations and split the hole office 365 organization into the diffrent "sub-organizations"? Every organization should have their own administrator with their users. Of course, the administrator from the organization x should not see the users from the organization y and vice versa.
Thanks for helping.

There is a very limited set of controls in Office 365 for such scenarios. Basically you can separate management of Exchange objects (viewing will still be possible for all admins), but when it comes to the other workloads, things are much harder to implement or simply not possible. You might want to examine the use of third-party tools that act as "admin portal replacement" and allow you to more granularly control management.
