Why can a member of Team get the email address of a channel in one Team but not another?
Hi, any idea why a member can get the email address of a channel in one team but not in another? They are a member of both.
One Team works fine.
One Team errors with 'Sorry, you do not have access. Please contact your admin or IT for access to the channel email.'

- DazzaRIron ContributorI've checked with my colleague and it's pretty random across teams he's a member of. None of the channels have moderation or settings different to the other. Yet, some channels come up with the error and others will work. Odd
DazzaR I've seen that Owners have to get the e-mail address first, after that it is possible for Members to get the e-mail address. So if he is "just" a member ask an owner if they can get the e-mail.
