Why can a member of Team get the email address of a channel in one Team but not another?

Hi, any idea why a member can get the email address of a channel in one team but not in another? They are a member of both.   One Team works fine. One Team errors with 'Sorry, you do not have acce...

    jcgonzalezmartin edit. Thanks I checked and the channel settings are the same in both Teams.
