Voice Cannot Transfer

All employees are licensed for Microsoft 365 business voice when an external number calls in and an employee transfer them they get the message "You are not setup to use this calling feature, please contact and administrator"

 

The employee number called has an emergency address applied, not sure where else to look.

 

EXAMPLE: T-Mobile # calls O365 Voice # (with business voice license) then tries to transfer to Verizon cell phone
