Hi HSVSIMON,
can you please check and confirm that the users are assigned to a Teams Calling Policy that allows to forward calls? Looks like this option is disabled by a Calling Policy.

hey Mitchell Bakker that doesn't seem to be the issue here is the global policy assigned to all our users... anymore help would be great.

Ok so we can mark the policies as checked 😉
Is everyone allowed to call to any PSTN number (internal and external)? For example, call your mobile phone number from Microsoft Teams.
If calling is working, did the “transfer call” ever worked?
How is the setup, are you using a calling plan (complete PSTN solution from Microsoft) or a Direct Route setup?
