Teams Simultaneous Meeting Creation?

Hi,

I am working on a solution which I am calling a virtual PA. The goal of the virtual PA is to take information from a forms submission to action and create Teams meetings for internal and external personnel.

The user will submit the request into the form, which will be picked up by Power Automate, and using a single licensed account a Teams video conference will be created and sent to the attendees. The use cases for this have shown there may be instances where Teams meetings will run side by side simultaneously, created by the same user account.

I have researched the usual places, but am unable to confirm if there are limitations in Teams for creating simultaneous meetings from a single account.

Can anyone advise if this has been done before and if there are limitations please?

Kind Regards
Ben

  • There are no limitations, you can create multiple meetings in the same time slot.

      Thanks for your reply.

According to Microsoft, on the thread below, there is a current limit of 50 per tenant.
