TEAMs green line and distroted video when in full screen

Hi all,

I have had issues with my Teams (both new and old versions) for the past 4 months. When I resize the window to full screen there is a green line across the bottom of the screen. All incoming video also distorts and looks as though I am looking through 3D glasses. When I resize the window it reverts back to normal quality with a slightly distorted image. I will often need to exit meetings and rejoin. I have tried:

  • removing and reinstalling Teams (both versions)
  • removing/Updating camera driver
  • Updating graphics card on the PC I use
  • Using a different camera (no difference)
  • Using web app (which works fine but not the ideal scenario)

    JaimeeMC same. This just started on a few of ours. Seems like we need newer video cards. Any solution from MS?

      MXMAMA101 No nothing from anyone! Strangely it only happens on my desktop, previously an IT person said it might have to do with an old graphics card, which doesn't mean anything to me, but might help on your end?
