Teams exploratory license with black screen issue

I had an issue with sharing screen. On my side, my screen is already cropped with red  (my screen can share) but on the other side, they saw only the black screen.

How can I fix this? & Can I do some setting on MS Teams admin center for those who have teams exploratory license?
