Ich habe ein Problem wenn ich MS Teams mit meinem private Account auf dem Desktop nutzen will.

Sobald ich mich bei der Desktop App einloggen will bekomme ich ein Auswahlmenü wo ich mich zwischen Firmen-/Schulkonto und Privatkonto entscheiden soll. Ich wähle nun Privatkonto und gebe meinen Kontonamen ein (entspricht der Mailadresse in meinem Microsoft 365 Family Abo). Anschließend bekomme ich folgende Meldung angezeigt:

 

Jemand hat bereits Teams für Ihre Organisation eingerichtet

Fordern Sie Ihren Administrator auf, Teams für Sie einzurichten, oder richten Sie eine andere Organisation in Teams mit einer anderen E-Mail-Adresse ein.

 

Hier komme ich nun nicht weiter - wer ist der Administrator bei einem Microsoft-Family Account?

 

Ich vermute dass etwas mit der Kontenzuordnung nicht stimmt, ich habe für die selbe E-Mailadresse in den vergangenen Wochen schon Einladungen zu Meetings von zwei anderen Organisationen erhalten und an den jeweiligen Meetings teilgenommen. Allerdings will ich die Teams-App mit meinem eigenen Microsoft-Konto nutzen und nicht als Gast in einer fremden Organisation.

 

Wie komme ich jetzt hier weiter? Muss ich in meinem Microsoft-Account irgendwo noch etwas bestimmtes konfigurieren?

In teams.live.com kann ich mich normal anmelden, aber ich wollte eigentlich die Desktop-App nutzen.

I've tried the guidelines you mentioned. But the situation has not changed.

I'm am now the admin of my domain to which the email adress belongs, but I still cannot use Teams with my private account.

When following the guidelines, I also found it strange that my password of my Microsoft account was not accepted, I had to use the password I had chosen when someone invited me as a Guest to another organization some months ago. So I still think there exist multiple Microsoft accounts for the same emailadress causing this trouble.

If I log into the microsoft admin panel for my organization (as described in the guidelines) I also cannot see the products/subscriptions I bought using my standard microsoft account (e.g. Microsoft 365 Family subscription).

I think there is a mixture of my private account and (several?) organizational accounts.

 

Any ideas?
