Our setup consists of Microsoft 365 Business Standard, Microsoft 365 Business Voice, Poly CCX 500 desk phones, and FIDO2 security keys used at 4 locations, others use Authenticator App.
The problem we are experiencing is when phones need to be reauthenticated and the users use the FIDO2 security key. On the phone, there is no option for using the FIDO2 Key and no way to get to the screen with “On your computer or mobile, Go to https://microsoft.com/devicelogin”
Sign in another way only gives you approve with app or enter code.
This is the screen we need to get to.

Hi, did you get a fix for the deskphone/security key sign-in issue you had?
I experienced the same with 5 out of 10 Yealink MP56 Teams desk phones where users have Yubikey security keys for mfa.
