Teams Call Ringing Continues After Answering

We were able to work through this with Microsoft support. I did have to train my users to send me diagnostics whenever they had the issue. It took a few weeks but we did get it fixed. I think Microsoft fixed something on their end and didn't own up to it.
APantoja I really don't know. Every time we had an issue, I emailed them the log files. At one point they suspected it was a particular user's network connection but we changed nothing and the problem went away. I thought they did something on their end to solve it just because we overwhelmed them with sheer quantities of log files.
