Teams call queue not redirecting
Hi,
We have an issue with our reception call queue, we have it set to redirect after 20 seconds, and I've set it to to redirect if no agents opted or signed in, however when our reception locks her computer it still takes 20 seconds before overflow and the reception handset doesnt ring(because she is set to away)
any suggestions?

I believe you are trying to redirect the call to an external number.
If so, you would need to assign a calling plan license to the recourse account that's associated with the call queue.
Kindly confirm if action plan solves your issue.

Kindly confirm if the call queue was redirected to voice app and you added the resource account of the call queue you want the call to forward to as seen in the image below.
