Sending Daily Notifications

I am looking for a way to notify an entire without starting a post or chat. 

We have daily reports to send out, and I want to notify the team when they available without having to create a post or chat everyday, and we want to keep it out of the email inbox. Any suggestions or thoughts on how to achieve this?

So you want to raise a Teams notification without creating a post or sending an email to the channel email address? I don't think that's possible, let me know if I understood correctly.

Where do the files live that you want to send notifications from? General workflows and SharePoint notifications can handle a lot of this. Each Team has an email address attached to it for the calendar and posts. You may be able to use that same email address to send notifications.

Can you clarify the ask?
