Problem with documents in Microsoft Teams

I have a Microsoft Teams free account where I share some information (conversations and files) with some colleagues, and since 3 days ago none of us have been able to access to the files. This is happening in the desktop app, mobile app and Teams online. It shows the following message: "the specified list is invalid the specificied list might have been deleted or you might not have permission". I am the owner of the groups, so there is no permission issue. We need to recover those documents. I have not been able to find them in OneDrive or the Recycle bin.
